The hotel is located in a 1600-star house, a beautiful park full of green and colors especially in spring. The food is excellent, special and well prepared. One of the few places in the area with very good and always special resorts. The staff is professional, friendly and quick.

I am no stranger to fine dining and this was one of the best meals of my life.  The flavors were balanced ,delicate and in interesting/surprising combinations.   They take pride in their food and it shows.  From our first bite until the last, we were blown away.The atmosphere was extremely comfortable - a crackling fireplace and exposed wooden beams - and made it feel like dining with family.  We came outside Rome solely to have this meal and it was well worth the trip.  This was a highlight of our trip and, if you are a foodie, will be for you.

Uno dei pochi posti in zona che presenta dei risotti buonissimi e sempre particolari. Grande capacit&agrave; di abbinare gli ingredienti in modo originale. Lo staff &egrave; professionale, simpatico e veloce. Una sosta al Casale Delle Streghe &egrave; consigliata.

Sicuramente diventeremo loro clienti abituali, posto incantevole, il locale ha un&#39;atmosfera calda e intima, servizio cortese ed efficiente, ti senti a casa: Cibo eccellente antipasto con due primi buonissimo , carne tenerissima e molto gustosa, io di solito sono molto schizzinosa sulla carne, dolce ottimo consiglio vivamente

Un posto incantevole. A sera inoltrata abbiamo incontrato questo casale e abbiamo potuto gustare una cena davvero squisita ammirando il casale antico e ascoltandone la storia. Torneremo certamente di giorno per ammirare lo splendido giardino. Merita assolutamente complimenti per la cura e la dedizione!

A charming place. We met this couple at night and we could enjoy a really wonderful dinner admiring the old couple and listening to the story of it. We will certainly come back from day to admire the beautiful garden. It is worth compliment for the care and dedication!
